AOV, also known as SHEV(smoke & heat evacuation ventilation system) now is a standard requirement of modern buildings in many developed countries. It is a very good system for saving energy and saving people's lives in case of fire. 

1.Smoke ventilation

Its well known that people are mostly killed by the smoke in the fires. When there is a fire,  firefighting system will give a signal to the AOV system which will fully open all the windows in 60 seconds. Then the smoke can be evacuated asap and much more people can survive. 

2.Natural Ventilation

In summer,  AOV system can open all the windows to cool down the office buildings at night and close all the windows in the morning. In this way, the air conditioner can use much less power to keep the indoor cool.  

3.Saving labor and management cost

AOV system can open and close all the windows of big building by just one pressing or clicking,  making the window control very easy. 

4.Home using

AOV system makes it simple to open and close windows of big houses or villas, especally the skylights/rooflights which are too high to be reached.
